Gordon Odyssey Academy Home
Gordon Odyssey Academy is proud to be a school which recycles. Our staff and students actively participate in recycling efforts to include recycling drink cans and drink bottles. We also implemented a Clean Air Project which placed plants in each classroom which created a healthier learning environment. GOA coordinated a Green Career Fair on October25. Students were able to learn about careers which help protect our environment. Students continued to learn the importance of recycling and were able to observe a Shred Truck in operation.
The administration and staff of Gordon Odyssey are committed to the growth and development of our students. As a result, students are given opportunities to participate in field studies and college tours to help broaden their perspectives on life and their futures. GOA students enjoyed a college tour of USC-Columbia and a field study to view the movie, "The Hate U Give". Students are preparing for a college tour of Clemson University on November 14. We are excited about the greater opportunities that await our students.
